Trip to Germany

Our trip to Germany, to meet all of the partners, all absolutely wonderful. We had several meetings to share all our projects, we attended some of the German school’s classes, we had some relaxed time with our European colleagues and we had the chance to visit Duisburg and Cologne. We had the time of our lives. Just check out our pictures!!!!!

Our kids are presenting their projects on Christmas Traditions in Portugal. They have collected information about food ( truly important issue for every Portuguese person!!),habits, shopping, family gathering and other, Hope you all enjoy!

Stereotypes Collage

Our students have presented their projects yesterday. Groups of three kids have created a collage for each of the partner countries. Our library is now more colourful than ever. See the exhibition below.

Our School

Escola Secundária/3 de Castro Daire is a Portuguese public (state) high school. It is a comprehensive school, receiving all the students from our region who want to complete secondary education.

It has around 600 pupils and a staff of 85 teachers. Our students can choose between studies directed for higher learning or professional courses which also train them for a profession. We also have a brand new centre for adult learning and we are now opening Portuguese courses for foreigners.
